![]() “Leadership in any capacity within a parish is hard, sacrificial work. But as Christians under the authority of the biblical command we don’t require either self-pity or self-confidence to keep us going. We need faith in God, submission to His authority, and the support of our brothers and sisters in Christ. As a Parish Health Coach, it is my joy and my job to bring greater awareness of this reality to every parish leadership team I work with, and to provide all the practical tools, support, accountability and encouragement I can to help build Orthodox communities across North America fueled by faith, vision and love.”
