"Through coaching and facilitation, I come alongside parish leaders and clergy to help each of them develop their best contribution to the body of Christ that is the Church. Parish health and leadership require many traits to be effective. Among the most important of these are vision, empathy, communication, and spiritual growth. These are the gifts of the Spirit and the accomplishments of faith I seek to engender in everyone with whom I am engaged, by the grace of God."

Fr. Paul Hodge
Principal at Hodge Leadership Fr. Paul serves as a priest of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America and has done so for over twenty-five years. He has formally and informally facilitated many teams and coached many individuals in that time, both in the pastorate and business. He eagerly continues this patient, devoted work with a particular focus on his first love, the life of the Holy Orthodox Christian Church. Fr. Paul professionally served private sector teams and operations at a Fortune 150 Information Technology and Communications Corporation for over seven years. He achieved multiple certifications in management and facilitation of development and work teams during that time. Before this private-sector work, Fr. Paul was a full-time parish priest for sixteen years, serving successively in various Antiochian parishes: from the Cathedral of St. George in Wichita, Kansas, to the small, historic Church of St. Elias in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Additionally, for over half a decade, Fr. Paul has served as President of the Minnesota Eastern Orthodox Christian Clergy Association. And in 2020, he was appointed to be the Spiritual Adviser and a Board member for Ancient Faith Ministries and Publishing. Fr. Paul has a Master of Divinity degree from St. Vladimir Seminary (1993), a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University in the City of New York (1990), and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Literature from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota (1988).
