In the module you will:
- Define and execute a Servant Leadership Development Plan for yourself and your parish based on the core principles and disciplines of Orthodox servant leadership.
- Prioritize faith development at home, equipping parents to evangelize their children, committed as life-long learners on a Christian path to salvation.
- Explore opportunities in your parish for collaborative, cross-generational ministry, investing in relationships and koinonia.
- Assess your parish capacity to support youth and young adults to transition to college and into meaningful vocation with service to God and neighbor.
- Make succession planning a critical component of your parish ministries by mentoring young people to assume leadership responsibilities.
