"Just as Orthodoxy takes practice and work, cultivating and inspiring leadership in the Church should be an ongoing exercise. Our mission to identify, elevate, and connect leaders across jurisdictions creates a strong network from whom participants can learn and to whom they can turn in the furtherance of their efforts. The Orthodox Christian Leadership Initiative is for any Orthodox leader of any age, for parish communities, for Orthodox non-profits, and makes it possible for all of these groups to keep developing their skills and giving back to the Church."
