Katrina Bitar has served as the Director of the YES (Youth Equipped to Serve) Program of FOCUS North America since 2009. Since 2003, she has  directed Camp St. Nicholas in Frazier Park, California, of the Southern California Deanery.  Previously she served as Camp Counselor and Head Counselor at Antiochian Village in Bolivar, Pennsylvania, and as Youth Director in Phoenix, Arizona.  Katrina holds degrees from Rutgers University and St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary.
