MNTR Participants
You are invited to build and strengthen your community through MNTR. Regardless of age, each of us has something unique and valuable to bring to the community as a whole and in our relationships with each other. While older MNTR participants generally have more wisdom to share from years of experience, we all have something to contribute and something to learn in an intentional mentoring community.
That's why we are unique in this mentoring program and refer to all paired participants as "Mentor-Matches." Whether you're 16, 26, 46, or 106, In MNTR, we strive to avoid these labels:

What's a Mentor-match?
A mentor-match is a pair or a small group of three people. Your local coordinator will work with MNTR staff to recommend mentor-matches within your community based on the enrollment process which highlights your desires for outcomes, your gifts and strengths, and your activity and career interests. This information will be used to create your mentor-match. Reach out to your local coordinator or MNTR staff at any point along the journey to be supported in your mentoring relationship.
