"The Orthodox Christian Leadership Initiative is a platform that transforms Orthodox Christians to grow in the service of Christ our Lord and to serve His followers. This servant leadership platform offers academic courses, mentoring and coaching services, and a peer network rooted in Orthodox traditions and teachings. This renewal of a leader enables their stewardship calling to fully engage in the needs of our parishioners, church, and society."
