When you serve the Church, are you joyful and invigorated?  Do you seek ideas and methods for serving better? Perhaps you may sometimes feel your service is a thankless, lonely, or overwhelming burden.  As the body of Christ, we are called to encourage one another. To do this, we need connections!
Peer Learning cohorts meet monthly under the guidance of a trained facilitator.  Before each meeting you will receive a short article, podcast, or video link related to the cohort's chosen topic as a way to kick-off the conversation.  Though not required, participants are encouraged to present in their areas of expertise. After enriching discussion, each member will be encouraged to implement one take-away concept or practice.  The cohort structure will keep us together, committed, and accountable as we strive to be faithful stewards in our leadership responsibilities.

Beginning Oct 11 and meeting again Oct 25, this cohort meets online every 4th Tuesday through January at 11:00 am PT / 2:00 pm ET.  Fr. Paul Hodge will facilitate this Peer Learning Cohort for Clergy to discuss topics like resilience, casting vision, avoiding burnout, and conflict resolution.

Beginning Oct 5 and meeting again Oct 19, this cohort meets online every 3rd Wednesday through January at 10:00 am PT / 1:00 pm ET.  Andrew Schachtner, CPA, and Hollie Benton will facilitate this Peer Learning Cohort for Church Treasurers & Stewards to discuss topics like aligning budget to mission, inspiring generosity, transparency and best financial practices.

Beginning January 23, Boot Camp meets online every other Monday through April 3, at 4:30 pm PT / 7:30 pm ET.  Hollie Benton and Fr. Ian Pac-Urar will train new and potential board members to lead strategically, ensure financial stability and good governance, and to support your priest or executive director while serving as an ambassador for your church or non-profit.​
Clergy Wives - 1st Wednesdays
Beginning Oct 5 and meeting again Oct 19, this cohort meets online every 1st Wednesday through February at 9:00 am PT / 12:00 pm ET.  Mka.
